I get excited when science discovers what the “mystics” have always known.
Is this science catching up with those of us who already knew this to be the case?
I do believe so. I know meditation has been introduced into some of the public school systems and they’re finding amazing results for the students. I’d like to see this become something incorporated into society in a relaxed manner because it has so many benefits. In order for that to happen, the “god of science” has to deem it acceptable for the masses.
